ᛟ Your information
Privacy Policy
This policy describes information that may be handled when you browse Runeflick or contact the magazine.
Last updated: October 29, 2026.
Information you submit
The contact form sends your name, email address, subject, and message to Runeflick so we can respond to your enquiry or consider a correction. The form also sends a hidden anti-spam field; it is not intended to collect personal information.
Purpose and retention
Submitted details are used to handle the message and related follow-up. This project does not define an automatic retention period. Messages may remain in the receiving mailbox or hosting mail logs until they are deleted under the operator's retention practices. To request deletion, contact Runeflick using the form and identify the original message; retain no unnecessary sensitive information in your request.
Server logs
The hosting provider may record technical request information such as IP address, timestamp, requested URL, and browser details for security, troubleshooting, and service operation. The specific fields and retention period depend on the host and cannot be confirmed from this codebase.
Cookies and third parties
Runeflick does not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies. Third-party links open sites with their own privacy policies. Game artwork currently served from external game and publisher image hosts may disclose your IP address and request metadata to those hosts when it loads.
Sale and sharing
Runeflick does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by the hosting and email systems needed to deliver and secure the site and contact form.
